**Make sure measuring tape is over mid area of chest and not underneath**

WAIST - Place measuring tape near your navel around your most narrow area of torso

HIPS - Place Measuring Tape Around the widest part of your pelvic area

**Make sure the measuring tape is over your rearend and not underneath**
